At Dogtra, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion items aren't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery provided they are in original, unworn condition with tags attached.

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the printed return authorization slip inside the box.
Ship It Back
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and drop your package off at any authorized courier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
